DOT Inspections in Cleveland, Ohio
Annual federal inspections for tractors, trailers, box trucks, dumps and buses — done at our Newburgh Heights shop off I-77, with the repairs handled in the same visit so your unit leaves with a sticker instead of a to-do list.
What we inspect
- Brake system, pushrod travel and air loss test
- Coupling devices, fifth wheel and pintle hooks
- Exhaust and fuel system integrity
- Lighting devices, reflectors and wiring
- Steering, suspension and frame condition
- Tires, wheels, rims and hubs
- Windshield glazing, wipers and mirrors
- Emergency equipment and required markings

Common questions
- How long does it take?
- About an hour per unit when nothing needs repair. Defects are quoted before any work starts.
- Can you fix what fails?
- Yes — brakes, lights, air leaks, steering and suspension are corrected in-house, usually the same day.
- Do you handle whole fleets?
- We schedule fleets on a rotation so units come through without stacking downtime.
